Meet Jose "Joe" Uribe, a seasoned real estate agent with 30 years of experience in sales. Jose began his career as a successful sales executive, but in 2010, he decided to pursue his passion for real estate and became a licensed realtor in Miami, Florida. With his natural sales skills and dedication to his clients, Jose quickly became a trusted name in the industry, having sold millions of dollars worth of real estate. In 2017, Jose opened his own brokerage firm, One Chelsea International Real Estate, which became fully operational and further cemented his reputation as a successful entrepreneur. In 2022, Jose decided to expand One Chelsea and moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina to continue his real estate journey where he and his wife successfully launched One Chelsea's new location in the Upstate. With his years of experience, Jose is the go-to agent for anyone looking to buy or sell properties in Spartanburg. One of Jose's greatest strengths is his commitment to bringing clarity and certainty to his clients in every transaction. His exceptional negotiation skills have also been critical in securing the best possible deals for his clients over the years.
